It’s hard to call these ‘RECIPES,’ they’re more like ‘ANTI-CANCER COMFORT FOOD.’  Nothing has to be precise, make it to your taste!  These recipes are filled with ingredients that lower inflammation and oxidative stress on our cells.  From super easy to more fancy, lots of options here!

Now, I don’t do this stuff every day.  I prefer to KEEP IT SIMPLE and drink a big anti-cancer smoothie every day, eat a lot of raw fruits and veggies, make some easy salads and soups, stuff like that.  But we don’t need a ‘recipe’ to tell us to chop some fruit up and put it on a plate, right?

BUT I’M NOT USED TO EATING RAW VEGGIES WITH EVERY MEAL!  All I can say is that if you are in a situation where you need to see radical results, then you might need to make radical changes!

At the very least, I always have some raw fruits and veggies on every plate for me and my family.  Raw cruciferous vegetables, lots of fruit, juicing, smoothies, all that stuff might seem extreme.  It might even seem like it’s against the way we ‘should’ be living.  But again, don’t forget the Garden of Eden and what we know about Adam & Eve’s DIET.  It’s the original food that God made for human beings.  It just IS.  And He saw that IT WAS GOOD for us.
